Poshgeezer accords the highest priority and is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. To make a purchase from our website, we request registration with your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and password. Using your email address and password only, you do not need to re-enter your details when next you shop. You can update your personal details securely on the website.

Your personal information may be used for demographic analysis within Poshgeezer to assist us in continuously improving our content and delivery and to alert you to special offers, promotions or new products and services. You can opt in to receive our email newsletters when you first register or place an order. With each newsletter edition you are again given the opportunity to opt out of further receipts by unsubscribing.

We will not disclose or share your information with third parties unless required by Law when disclosure would be without notice. Your information would not be transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area) without your consent.

Payment gateway on Poshgeezer.com is provided by WorldPay employing the most modern Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to prevent any unauthorized persons gaining access to credit card information entered on our website. This allows transmission of potentially sensitive information over the internet in an encrypted form which is not readable by third parties. As an extra safeguard, your credit card information would not be stored on our website and you have to re-enter this information each time you place an order on Poshgeezer.

delivery & postage
  • Your order would be dispatched by either Royal Mail First Class or Courier. A signature would be required in most instances.
  • Orders received by 1PM normally ship the same day. Allow up to 72 hours for UK delivery.
  • Weekend orders would ship the following Monday unless it is a holiday.
  • Allow 7-14 days for international orders. This will depend on the postal service of the country. Any customs or import duties levied once your order reaches the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. A signature would be required on delivery.

  • Orders placed by cheque will only be dispatched after bank clearance.
  • If an item is not immediately available we will despatch the rest of your order and the unavailable item would be urgently shipped once available. We would inform you about the unavailable item and if delayed by more than seven days we would give you the option to cancel it. Your email address and daytime telephone number are required when placing an order in case we need to contact you.

    V.A.T

    All product listed prices are inclusive of 20% V.A.T. which is payable on all UK and EC member state deliveries. VAT is not charged on deliveries to the rest of the world and would be deducted from the price.

    We accept most credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron and JCB). Payment will be debited at the time of placing the order or within 3 working days of the order being received.

    cancellation, returns & exchanges
  • You can cancel your order within 7 working days after the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Customers wishing to cancel an order must notify us within the 7 working day period. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any opened product for hygienic reasons. Goods must be returned unopened and in the condition they were despatched.
  • A full refund would be made within 30 days from cancellation provided the goods are returned in their original condition.
  • Customers would bear the full cost of returning the goods.
  • Any damaged or defective items would be replaced without charge and the cost of return postage refunded. Keep proof of postage.
  • Credit card refunds would be to the card used for the original purchase. Allow at least 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your card statement.
